Spectra Science Ltd offers a variety of plans for the maintenance and repair of Perkin Elmer Spectroscopy instruments. These plans have been carefully designed to suit individual requirements and will provide a prompt, efficient and cost effective service.
Breakdown Repair
Designed for customers with instruments that do not benefit from regular servicing. We aim for prompt response from initial contact and the total time of the engineers visit, including both travel and on-site time, is chargeable at the normal rate.
Routine Maintenance
Intended for users who wish to contract out the routine maintenance of instrumentation. All instruments covered by this plan are serviced once or twice per annum, travel and labour included. Discounts are applied to this contract. Parts replaced during the service of an instrument are chargeable.
Calibration and Validation
All contracts on spectrometers include a full calibration. Upon completion a certificate of calibration will be issued.
We are able to validate your Polystyrene film for IR use, as well as Validate your UV/Vis Wavelength and Photometric Standards.
A Calibration and Validation ( OQ PQ ) service is available for some instruments.
